You can easily update client details such as address in Front Office. Watch the video below to show you how and have a read of the key points.
- In the client account screen (accessed via the search bar in the top right- hand corner), click ‘Action’ and then ‘update’ from the dropdown.
- You'll then see the client’s original application form, which you can update as you need with their new details.
- There’s a few key points to remember re addresses:

- There is a residential and postal address for each applicant, as well as the account (or ‘CHESS’ address).
- The registered CHESS address will be under the ‘Account addresses’ tab
- Make sure you are updating the address in the correct place.
- You can also update the following fields depending on the account:

- Trust/Fund Address (please note - no PO Boxes allowed)
- Company Registered Address
- Company Physical Place of Business

- Click ‘Submit’, and your change will be sent to Openmarkets for approval.
- Once approved by us, you will see the new details back on the client account screen. Sweet!
