Setting up MFA for your Openmarkets account

The first time you log into an Openmarkets/TradeFloor product once MFA has been implemented, you will be prompted to set up MFA. Here’s what this simple 3-step process will look like.

Step 1:

• You will be presented with the below screen, where you are asked to scan the QR code with your chosen authenticator app (see above).

• After scanning the QR code, your authenticator app will provide you with a one-time code. Enter this code, then click ‘Verify’

Step 2:

• Once you have successfully set up your authenticator app, you will be provided your recovery codes.

• Store these in safe place, as these can be used to login if you are lose access to your device or Authenticator app.

• Select continue to progress to the final step.

Step 3:

• Congratulations! You’ve now set up MFA on your account

• Next you’ll be asked to log back in to the Openmarkets product

• Get the code from your Authenticator app, then enter it on the login screen to progress.
